There are no costs associated with logging into the “Internal Management” app.

Internal leadership supports you as part of your individual training and/or coaching in learning and repeating all training-relevant content. The values ​​and principles of your company can be stored in the app and can be accessed at any time, making them even easier to internalize - the reminder function is a helpful support. You can also find all upcoming open training dates in the app.

To help you prepare for challenging conversations, we have integrated a digital companion into the app: “Alex”. Alex helps you prepare for company meetings and supports you with helpful tips - even via voice function.

In addition, you now have the opportunity to accompany your training and coaching sessions and those of your employees using the app. To support development in the best possible way, use the new “Development” function - here you can see the upcoming dates, receive necessary background information, prepare preparatory, reflective and control discussions and record the agreements made.

The individual chapters are available to you as an audio book within the app, so that you can, for example, B. can also engage with the content while driving or on the train.
