- The patient can request the application by himself/herself.
- A tablet kiosk is useful when there is a long wait due to a large number of receptionists, when the receptionist is absent, or when there is no receptionist in the office.


▶ Systematic patient reception information management

- You can receive the patient's name, mobile phone number, address, visit route, visit purpose, and symptoms.
- Personal information collection and use consent check and signature are processed with a tablet.
- It is possible to customize whether to use the step-by-step screen and multiple choice options (ex. our clinic's own symptom set).


▶ Link directly to truedoc™

- Data is linked to truedoc™ in real time.
- Search and receive today's reservations with your resident registration number or name and mobile phone number.
- You can conveniently read the visit purpose and symptoms entered by the patient on the tablet in the treatment room or reception room.


▶ Control access to menus for medical staff

- Outsiders can only proceed with the application process.
- Manage so that only allowed users can access the extended menu.
