The experience is horrible. I have chosen a pickup point from the map, then in a few days I received the notification that this pickup point does not exist (why? if I have chosen it on the map?). Then I changed to another pickup point (also from the map) - and received notification that my package has been returned to the sender. Why was it returned? There was a message that I have at least 3 more days to choose where I want to pick up the package and now it has been returned to the sender. 1 ⭐

It is absolutely ridiculous that picking up a parcel requires installing an app and opening an account. What if someone doesn't have a smartphone? At no point was I informed about this when choosing the delivery method; had I known I would never have used DPD's services.

the app itself is just ok, but the service is an absolute nightmare. I just want to send a package, not install dpd app, create an account, log in and that sort of time costly activities. Whats so hard in putting a screen and a barcode reader on the machine itself? All the competition has it :)
