Ges.Per.

Ges.Per is the personnel attendance APP fully integrated with the Ges.Per system. Cloud (Ges.Per. Plus and Ges.Per. Web).
It allows your staff to clock in on the go, without any need to use a physical support such as a badge.

The APP allows the detection of Entry and Exit transactions (start of activity and end of work activity) and the possible characterization of the same with justifying reasons (e.g. Personal Permit, External Service, Extraordinary, Etc.), totally customizable on the Ges .For. Plus and updated in real time.

The single stamping can be georeferenced; for the purposes of protecting the employee's privacy, the GPS localization function is active only at the time of typing on the Entry or Exit button, therefore the movements of the employee or the device are not tracked.
All the information collected (employee's serial number, date, time, stamp direction, APP code, reason, GPS position, if any) is saved on the device and sent in real time to the Ges.Per server. clouds; in case of absence of Internet connection, the sending will be made when the line is first available; therefore impossible to lose information.

The transactions collected and sent to the Server will then be made available to the Human Resources Office which uses Ges.Per. Plus and your Consultant, ready for the paycheck.

The staff will be able to consult the history of their bookings made on the device or interact directly with the Ges.Per portal. Web, to view in more detail your attendance situation, your causal balances or request time or day permits.
