They only send you pre-approved notices so that you'll be forced to download their app and create an account! They'll pre-approve and when you apply for the pre-approved loan, it just keeps processing but not really moving forward. It's been months since I contacted them multiple times and was informed they'll escalate the issue, but nothing has been done to resolve it. To add, they have have many departments who have independent processes and cant even work together to provide a resolution!!!!!

In app messaging keeps shutting down. My message can't be sent. Tried 4x. No bank certificate info in the FAQs which is odd because I imagine this is one of the most common customer concerns. Chat is also not helpful. I wish you have the feature in the app to download the bank cert instantaneously like CIMB. This makes life easier for your customers. Kindly consider.

Do not install or use this bank., It's a fraud., You will be fool about high interest rates. I have a failed transaction 3 months ago and up until now they did not send it back. The high interest rate is not worth it for the stress they've made. Countless emails and follow ups,. They will only have one answer and it's useless..They just want you to give up and forget your money. DO NOT USE OR INSTALL THIS APP!!! UNTIL NOW THEY DON'T EVEN REPLY MY EMAILS AND MESSAGES ON THEIR APP. WASTE OF MONEY
