Uptown Grocery

Great store. I only come here for certain items like meat and eggs. And the customer service is fantastic. The prices are usually a little too high for us but the sales and coupons make it easier. I think the vitamins and personal hygiene products are too expensive but i can see paying it for the convenience.

I have been trying the grocery pick up. Every time I select notify me for substitutions. I mainly want to know if I am not getting something I ordered. I have never been notified so I downloaded the app. You cannot order pickup on the app. It is simply coupons and your member number. The online pickup ordering is very limited and really needs to expanded so I don't also have to go in another store. I will screenshot my loyalty card which is on this app and delete it.

This app has not worked for the last 3 weeks. I have spent $200+ and didn't get credit, so I haven't gotten my Rewards. I have emailed multiple times with no response. It's not like it's the end of the world, but it is super annoying.
