Starting out this app seemed to have some glitches and hangups in it but one of the most recent updates fixed a lot of that. I think that they made a few more changes to the UI on it that seems to have made everything run smoother and easier to navigate. All together this is an easy app to use and has a nice UI.

App was easy to signup and place my order although was laggy and a bit slow on screens. I placed my order but then I didn't have a way to let them know I had arrived or I did not receive a notification or any indication that my order was complete and ready for pickup. Also I received an email stating I have 15 points in rewards but the app shows 0 even after a few hours. These features would really help bump up to a 4-5 along with speeding up slowness.

I like it and it is convenient, especially on days when the line is super long. However, the 'RECENT ORDERS' function needs some love. Way too many steps to just repeat my daily order - it should default the drink, location, and timing (ASAP) so I can just click and pay!
