Who can join?
SEW Trailer Checklist is only available to South East Water Contractors who have their account setup already. If you are not a South East Water Employee, then you will not be able to use this app.
About the app
-In line with OHS ACT 2004 Victoria and ISO 45001 guidelines, South East Water's paperless walkaround check App makes it quick and easy for drivers to complete pre-use checks against trailers using any mobile device.
-A vital part of South East Water's fleet management software, the App closes the loop between pre-use checks, defect reporting and resolution of issues.
-Once the driver or operative has completed their check, the information captured about each trailer in the South East Water Fleet can be managed through the Trailer Maintenance back-office system.
How does it work?
-South East Water's trailer driver has the ability to scan trailers barcode to automatically select it or browse from the list displayed in the app.
-Based on the selected check type, User will be presented with the list of relevant checks to be completed.
-Whilst working the way through the list of checks the driver has to perform, if the driver encounters a defect, it can be reported right from within the App - no paperwork required!
-The South East Water supervisor team will receive an email with the details of the defect that the driver has just reported.
-They will be able to log into the system and view any pictures and details of the defect reported.
-Until any defects are resolved, the trailer will display that it has a defect against it within the App, which will highlight it to any other drivers that may use the trailer.
