HORRIBLE app especially for pharmacy! It is extremely difficult to find the link to access the pharmacy login with their updated app. Once you login to pharmacy, it is missing important information about when you are allowed to do your next refill. The layout also doesn't make sense, and makes refills very confusing. They need to fire the IT person in charge of their website and app development, and get someone who knows what they're doing. A fingerprint login option would be nice too.

The updated app is absolutely fantastic—and I adore Harmons, so it's been great! The app is intuitive and quick to use, and the location tracking makes pickups super simple. And it's nice to communicate with shoppers in the app for fast communication (and their customer service is always on point)! I cannot even begin to convey how much I love the new and improved app.

This new app is awful. The new password requirements are a joke (limiting how complex your password can be is awful), dropping the foodie club home screen makes it basically worthless to me. I never use the online shopping. According to the new app, I have earned zero freebies and have zero fuel points. Not to mention the poorly designed sign in and password reset screen that jumps around every time you tap a box. Was this app even tested? The positive reviews were left by the app developers.lol
