GTRS

The app offers a lot of great possibilities and is promising. I love the ability to make adjustments with the kinds of effects that are in each Bank in the menu. The worst problem is that it flakes out a lot especially when I'm trying to do looping and other work with drums, plus the interface is pretty bad, especially when trying to adjust the genre and tempo. This all could be better organized and more dependable. Forget about trying to play live with a drum track.

App worked fine when I bought the W900 guitar 3 months ago. Now the firmware won't update and the different guitar models don't work. Other users are reporting this issue on the Facebook GTRS group for various GTRS models. Mooer haven't responded to the support ticket I opened more than a week ago. Please fix the app as a matter of urgency as it's ridiculous to have paid £850 for a guitar when half of the functionality doesn't work after only 3 months. 8/01/25 - still no reply.

Broken app, most stuff doesn't work, including firmware update, effects, and settings. As soon as you press 1 button everything is reset, that's if it eorks in the first place.
