``OURCARD'' has the minimum functions necessary for business, and uses a high-precision OCR engine to easily register and edit business card images taken with a smartphone camera on the go.
All registered business card images and business card information are saved on the cloud, so even if you lose your smartphone, your information will not be lost.

In addition, bulk reading of business cards allows you to read multiple business cards at high speed using a dedicated scanner (sold separately) connected to a computer.
Imported business cards can also be edited and viewed using the business card management software ``OURCARD for Web'' for computers, allowing users to register large numbers of cards on a computer or carry around business cards on a smartphone.


[Main functions]
・Register business card
You can register by taking a picture with your smartphone camera or by selecting a business card image in the image folder.
If the image-analyzed business card information cannot be read properly, the customer will be responsible for correcting and inputting the correct information.

・Easy access
You can make a call, expand to a map, and compose an email with one tap from the "phone number", "address", and "email address" of your registered business card.

・Connection registration
If you already have a registered business card, you can own it by "connecting" with it.

・Automatic addition of work history
If you already have the same business card when registering a business card, it will be automatically added as your work history (history) by overwriting it.

・Notification function
When the information on a business card is changed, members who own the business card will be notified of the changes.

・Easy-to-read list display
After logging into the app, a list of recently registered business cards will be displayed, allowing you to quickly search for business cards.
All business cards you own are grouped by company and displayed in an easy-to-read list.

・Easy search, keyword search
You can search for business cards using the "Easy Search" by name or company name, or the "Keyword Search" by phone number, memo content, or exchange date.

・Tagging function
You can add tags to registered business cards.
By tagging business cards exchanged at events such as seminars, or by adding arbitrary tags and managing groups, you can easily search for the desired business card.

・My business card function
By registering your own business card, you can exchange business cards online via SNS, email message, or QR code.
Additionally, you can exchange business cards contactlessly with nearby members who have OURCARD installed.

・Direct scanner import function
You can control the scanner (Fujitsu IX series) from the app and read business cards.
You can know who is receiving the call even if it is not registered in the phone book. It also supports temporary registration and permanent registration, allowing you to import multiple business cards smoothly and without any burden.

・Incoming number identification function
Even if you do not register in the phone book, the recipient of the call ("company name" and "name") will change based on the information registered in business card management.

・Notification function
When you register for name matching, you can get to know common customers through push notifications.
