The app works well and I LOVED the upgrade to allow fingerprint log in...but then it suddenly wanted to use my irises (my eyes) to log in. it works less than half the time and is VERY frustrating. I just want to go back to being able to use my fingerprint bit no one seems to be able to help with this.

so easy to use and a lot of security put into this another win for Northwest preferred a great place to bank we really enjoy ours up there in stayton Oregon friendly staff and are always ready to answer any questions you may have.

Love the new NW Preferred FCU app! Is smooth and works great on my Pixel 3 XL. Just used the Check Upload feature and it's so much better than the previous version. Great job guys 👍🏽. Also, I like the new account pop up feature on log in when I'm on the go and need to see my balance real quick.
