New app is not working, really bad user experience, not stable and often crash, previous app with old loyalty program was working. Madmex, you should revert to the previous version, otherwise it's better to switch to GyG or Taco Bell

Terrible user experience. Unable to place orders, continually get an error message after clicking pay. Very unresponsive and slow. Difficult to navigate.

This app does not work well, it is highly clunky and unresponsive when making an order. Scrolling and item loading is slow whilst the loyalty does not work at all. I have been unable to receive points for new visits or spend my existing points including the sign-in bonus that will likely expire before this is fixed. A loyalty & ordering app unable to do either.
