For the extortionate subscription price you get no Smart TV app, you have to cast manually to a Chromecast. With replays, you don't get anything more than the exact game time, no pre-game buildup, half time interviews, post game awards/interviews. Often even some of the gametime is cut off. And most of the time the sound is not synchronised with the image, often 2 or 3 seconds behind the image. For that exorbitant subscription price, you'd think a proper app would be a quick and easy fix.

What is up with the way you implement the streaming. I am on a very fast connection and the picture quality keeps degrading and then coming back but average quality is rubbish. It should be sharp all the time. Don't you have enough bandwidth. Do you have rubbish buffering. This is not complicated. Just get the streaming right. It is nice to have the service but really annoying to have rubbish picture quality.

One of the worst apps I've ever tried. The video for a replay has 1 HOUR of dead time at the start and there seems to be no way of forwarding when casting via chromecast. They will destroy URC popularity with this horrendous app. And the website isn't must better. Everything is slow, full of bugs and designed by someone that has no idea of what a good user experience looks like. And totally overpriced. Now the fight starts to get a refund as this is totally useless.
