I wonder if they read these constructive feedbacks and actually make sure all the problems are rectified. First, I was unable to log in into the app and called the hotline seeking help. They did help me, changed my password. Now I can't change the password unless I click "forgot password" option. Now, this is the problem, Idk how my wrong phone number got updated. The funny thing is, I can't update/change my own profile details in the app. This is so ridiculous! Doesn't deserve one star also.

I could not login to my account as it does not show anything i.e incorrect password or something, despite several attempts. Sometimes I have to close the app as the app got blank. The app even lacks the basic features especially in terms of the rural life insurance deposit. As a service provider at a local level is a furious and hectic with this app la. Therefore, the concern authority must update and resolve the issues as soon as possible for the timely deposition of the insurance la. Thank you

You can't check to see that your pass word is correct. need the 👁️ symbol there. Also no option to edit dob which was generated somehow😅 .need edit options. Other features I didn't use so no comments...motor insurance is linked only to cid so you can't pay if in say spouses name. If plan is not being changed should allow payment on line based on car number.
