Get your dry cleaning sorted, arrange housekeeping, or request late checkout. You can even measure the energy consumption at The Other House so you can do your bit for the planet. And when you leave us, just check out with a tap.

Whether it’s a one-pot dish from The Other Kitchen or a light bite from The Owl & Monkey, you can click and collect using the App. Or if you’re expecting a parcel delivery, you’ll receive a notification as soon as it arrives in one of our smart lockers.

If you are looking for assistance, you can ‘Chat to Jack’ – our House Jacks are connected directly to you via the App. Whether it’s a housekeeping request, a coffee order or dinner advice, use the App to chat.
