HOW TO CREATE YOUR NATIONAL DIGITAL IDENTITY?

• Step 1: Create your eFaas at efaas.gov.mv
• Step 2: Install the eFaas app and login with your eFaas credentials
• Step 3: Verify it’s you with face verification and setup your personal 6-digit PIN code
• Step 4: Your National Digital Identity is now ready! QR Code scan and One-Tap Login is now enabled and protected with your fingerprint, face or 6-digit PIN code.

Rushed app, so many bugs. Once saw a random person's photo on one of my cards, my license is shown as probationary even though it's not, the qr code login feature has never worked, the app login expired "after 90 days of inactivity" even though it was less than a week, opening a card immediately crashes the app, the app lock kicks in late, protects nothing and is in fact annoying, the app itself is very user-unfriendly, it's very difficult for non tech savvy people to set it up, list goes on..

The biometric face recognition isn't working properly, when I got to the registration process it is stuck on there. And when I close the app and open it the I got into the app and all details are there. But the verification biometric face recognition part was skipped and need to fix. I tried to verify from your website too but that too it doesn't recognise my phone's camera and shows as an error. Overall the app is good need few changes. *Update after the new update the problem was fixed

I did everything right, even got verified officially through email. And yet every time I try to check the app, I am always logged out because "my session expired"? And the otps won't even work because I keep being sent back to the app and put on a loop. Please fix these immediately.
