Pay your parking meter quickly and easily without the need for coins.
Available only for Ecoparq parking meters and in Playa del Carmen for now.
Always enter your complete license plate.
Stable internet connection required.
The app uses your phone's location to verify if you are in an Ecoparq area and allow you to pay. If you are not in the area, you will not be able to pay. You can extend your parking time by tapping the vehicle on the map, even from another country. Remember to wait at least 5 minutes before the extension.
The app will send alarms when the time is about to expire, but be sure to grant battery permissions to avoid disabling alarms based on Android policies.

It is difficult to silence this app because it bypasses your phone settings so that even if your device sounds are all completely off, it will still play sounds and voices and disturb you unless you find a buried menu inside the app to turn them off. The app does not support the standard Android sound permissions so you cannot turn off its sounds from your device App menu.

How do I use this app in Playa del Carmen? Do I have to use my Mexican sim card? I have a Mexican Sim card in my phone. Should I use it when using the app? I tried using it at a parking station in Playa del Carmen, but I couldn't figure out how to get the app to work, so I had to use coins. What am I doing wrong? I seldom have coins with me.

Si tienes internet, el GPS encendido y los permisos activados, abre la app. En la pantalla inicial verás un mapa; si el GPS indica que estás en zona de parquímetros, presiona el botón verde, elige el monto, ingresa las placas y confirma el pago. En el menú en Soporte -> Tutoriales -> Rediseñamos el APP viene un video tutorial.

App keeps closing and gives me an error that it has a bug. I uninstall and reinstall, and it hangs then closes again. I've also recharged before and money was deducted from my account but account was not recharged. I logged a complaint and sent the proof it was deducted from my account and they told me they need the transaction number from my bank which I could only get by calling my bank. It's convenient when it works but that seems to be rare these days.
