I just spent several hours installing my permanent outdoor lights, only to get to the app and start programming but I can't because all the app does is crash. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but not luck just keeps crashing. Now the lights are almost useless due to no programming features.

Christian, We’re aware that some Enbrighten App (Android) users are experiencing issues with the app closing after a recent update. We are attempting to resolve this.
1. Please restart your phone
2. If issue persists, delete and reinstall Enbrighten app.
3. Please contact Consumer Care at 800-225-0653 between 7am – 6 pm CST M-F.

I've had this smart plug for over a year. The app used to work, but for the past few weeks, it will fail to connect more often than not. I have it linked to Google, but even when I go directly to the app and tap the on/off button, nothing happens. It works only when it wants to. It's extremely frustrating. My lights connected through Tuya and Lotus work just fine. I'll stay away from Enbrighten products from now on.

I've been using this app for several years now, with only a few complaints but whatever update you did last completely messed up something. I open the app to shut off/turn on lights and it immediately closes itself. I try again, it closes again. Over and over and over. I have to try and be faster than the app shutting itself down to turn off my lights! I'm fast but not that fast 😩
