Buggy piece of junk. Great app when you can get through an order without a single error message, which is rare. I have been using it at least once a week for this past year, and nothing has improved. EDIT (2025): yeah, here I am again, when the app works it's mostly good, though not the smoothest, but for the past couple weeks it just gets stuck in a loading screen once I log in, despite my doing a full reinstall. Still a buggy piece of junk.

At the end of submitting a delivery order, I tried to select a Tip for the driver. When I would go to complete the order, I got an error: "Your order total was incorrect." I tried several times, backed out and resubmitted, and kept getting the same error. Eventually I tried raising the Tip to a higher amount and the order went through no problem. This may be a bug but it comes across as manipulative.

The app stopped working, then they updated it. The update made processing payments difficult. It may be my last time ordering Chipotle. I had to reenter my payment information and then it refused to process it. Then it gave me the option to pay at pickup, but failed to process that. After countless attempts, it finally worked again. The overpriced food isn't worth the effort, especially when I have to fight the app to order it.
