WHAT IT MEANS TO WORSHIP

It is the intrinsic relationship between man and God, of the intelligent creature with its Creator. Men and angels must worship God. In heaven all the blessed souls of the saints and the holy angels worship God. Every time we worship we unite with heaven and bring heaven to earth. Worship is the only worship due only to God.

WHAT IS EUCHARISTIC ADORATION

The Church believes and confesses that "in the sacrament of the Eucharist, after the consecration of the bread and wine, our Lord Jesus Christ, true God and man, is truly, truly and substantially present under the appearance of those sensible things" (Trent 1551: Dz 874/1636).
The divine real presence of the Lord: this is the first foundation of devotion and worship of the Blessed Sacrament. Here is Christ, the Lord, God and true man, absolutely deserving of our adoration, originating from the action of the Holy Spirit. Eucharistic piety is therefore founded in faith.
When the Church invites us to adore Christ, hidden under the Eucharistic veils, and to ask him for the spiritual and temporal gifts we need, she manifests the living faith with which she believes that her divine Spouse really lives under these veils, she expresses her gratitude to him and rejoices in its intimate familiarity.
Those who adore give testimony of love, of the love received and of love reciprocated, and much more give testimony of their faith.
In front of the ineffable mystery we are a presence that speaks to another presence, only the created being in front of BEING, in front of the unique I AM, where life comes from. It is the amazement of those who know that God is here! Really here!

Eucharistic Adoration precedes and is the foundation of faith which then translates into active charity.
