ContractorsTest is an examination preparation course institution that provides occupational licensing training operating under the provisions of the California Private Post secondary Education Act of 2009 (CPPEA), Article 4 Section 94874(f) as an exempt institution. The Act is administered by the Department of Consumer Affairs, Bureau for Private Post secondary Education (BPPE), PO Box 980818, West Sacramento, CA 95798-0818.
