I recently had a frustrating experience with the JS Zindgi BVS app due to a biometric error. Despite successfully completing the biometric verification process, the app consistently displayed an error message, preventing me from accessing my account. This issue not only wasted my time but also eroded my trust in the app's functionality. I found this lack of reliability extremely disappointing and inconvenient. If the 0 star rating exist I will give to this app.

This app doesn't even deserve one star. Initially it showed me an error of no pending biometric verification. Then, I tried from Zindigi app but it was successful. Then, again I tried this app and then it gave an error of limit exceeded. Pathetic and time waste app.

I have used this app after checking the reviews a lot of people have faced many issues regarding this app but i think i'm lucky my biomatric verification complted in seconds may be it because to time i selected for verification. It's 12:00pm now and i have not faced any type of issue mentioned in the review. I think there is no load at that time thats why the process was smooth and quick. Hope so my comment help you
