GETTING STARTED
If you’re already a Business Internet Banking customer, you’ll need your:
• Business Internet Banking login details
• Card and card reader
If you don’t have an account with us yet, you can apply via the app if:
• You’re at least 18 years old
• You’re a UK resident
• You’re a sole trader or director of the business
• Your business has an annual turnover of £25m or less
If you have a limited company:
• It must have been registered with Companies House for at least four days
• The Companies House register must not have changed in the past four days
• It must have an ‘active’ status on the Companies House register

KEEPING YOU SAFE ONLINE
We use the latest online security to protect your money, your information and your privacy. Our app checks your details, your device and its software for security before you log in. If your phone is lost or stolen, we can block it from being used to try and access your accounts.
