It is absurd that this app is required to access your tickets, rather than the many easier ways other companies have found to solve this problem. On top of that, the app attempts to grab permission to track your location for an ambiguous "enhanced experience", and requires photo and file storage access seemingly for no reason (at best, photo is required for the scanning feature... but that feature also is seemingly broken, even if you grant the permission). The app itself is a clunky QR code.

This is a scam, do no not use this company !! I have purchased 2 tickets for 2 days and I was not able to download the ticket anf go in any tours. A waste of money and time. If you don t want to ruin your holiday stay away!! They do not provide refund and tour are overbooked!

The crew was very rude, their uniforms where dirty specially the capitan. The abnotius smell of the bathrooms could be smelled everywere in the boat, experience was painful to my nose and a little delight to my eyes. I have being in other cruises before and never had a bad experience. The conditions were very unsanitary, I felt super disapointed and embarased, I took my visiting auntie there. It gave her a horrible impression of NY to her. I would of never use it again or recomend it to noone
