I cannot pay my bill with the app, which is the main reason I downloaded it. It says "Choose payment method", so I choose the credit card stored on my account. The card info appears on the screen, I tap "Next", and I get a pop-up message saying, "Choose a payment method". My card info is actually visible as the chosen payment method behind this pop-up! 😄 Can I just please pay my bill with the app??

I was so excited when I saw winter Haven had an app. But it is terrible! I tried paying a bill and it would accept the payment. I found some of the information on the app was jumbled together. I could not read it. This app has a long way to go before its ready for prime time.

Their app was not letting me change my billing card or pay any other way. I emailed them with no response. They turned my water off and then charged a fee. They refused to take any accountability and remove it and even told me they had no way to because it was an ordinance fee. There is just a bunch of people that work there that do whatever and don't care. Finally, someone took off half of it. I thought you couldn't remove anything? Full of government corrupt liars
