Swithed from non working android app to the latest iPad Mini with all of the latest updates of both, app and the device. Using this combo completely eliminated Split Sleeper Berth option with no explanation. It's just not there anymore. Any sign of Customer service is nowhere to be found. Help section doesn't mention it either. "24/7" automatic phone service says "We're closed now". How funny is that? They never respond to messages, there's no email address, nothing. It just doesn't work at all.

I have been having issues with the app, sometimes diagnostic, engine synchronization, and today, I have not been able to login. Keeps saying list of asset is empty. Very frustrating to talk to some technical agents from ELD solutions.

Some features aren't very comprehensive, like the trailer list or the yard moves options and... You never know when you are going to encounter an inconvenient malfunction.
