The app constantly freezes and has a flashing header on my account details screen, which also prevents back navigation. There is no place to add my partner to share utility costs. You are forced to enter a credit card or bank account to sign up. There is no email notification of upcoming bills, so you're just secretly charged. There are service fees to "manage" each utility bill. We are forced to use this app by our property management company, otherwise I wouldn't use it, it's garbage.

Have to use this app due to rental company, otherwise wouldn't have it. Anytime you view the notification center, the top of the screen starts flashing, causing the back navigation to stop working & the app generally freezes. If you actually can select another screen, it loads slowly & all selections are slow & delayed or totally frozen once you get there. I've had to uninstall several times because I couldn't get it to sign off. There's no way I'm giving them my banking info! Horrible app!

Received ZERO notice before $400 was drafted from my account. The invoice literally said, issue date July 24, Due Date July 24 and they had $19 worth a monthly fees attached PER bill! So $38 per month in fees between an electric bill and a water bill. Customer service person had zero clue what she was talking about and sounded like a moron.
