HOW CHALLENGES WORKS?
- Create your own workouts or select some of the predefined workouts
- Assign dates to each workout
- Invite your friend for the challenge, or create a solo challenge if you want to work out alone
- Earn Points for every rep you complete. Who gets more points, wins the challenge
HOW DO WE COUNT THE REPS?
- AI (Computer Reading) helps us with the reps counting
- As such, it might happen that counting is not 100% perfect, so please keep that in mind
ADJUSTING YOUR DEVICE BEFORE THE WORKOUT
- Put your device on the ground and lean against a wall or a stable object
- Do NOT put device above the ground (e.g., on a chair or table)
- Stand approximately 2 meters (6 feet) away so your entire body is visible
- Ensure you have enough space around you to perform the exercises safely
- Make sure there is sufficient lighting in your workout area
PRIVACY
- No video or photo ever leaves your device
- All pose estimation is calculated locally on your device during the workout
