The purpose of the application is to contact the wound doctor using a mobile device and send information about the progress of the wound.

In the application, the patient or the nurse performing the wound care (wound care nurse) can provide detailed information about the condition of the wound, supplemented with photos. The collected information is sent by e-mail directly to the doctor (also to the specialist and optionally to the family doctor).

The wound survey created by the application helps with official wound documentation.
