Moje Pomiary

Moje Pomiary is an easy-to-use mobile application through which you can collect information on various health indicators, e.g. blood glucose level, temperature, body weight or blood pressure. The application works with Glucomaxx® Connect*, thanks to which readings from the device are automatically saved on your phone.
The solution is integrated with the Medical Information application, so you do not have to carry all the documentation with you to the clinic. All you need to do is prepare the results from the measurement log in the form of a document and transfer them to the Medical Information application, and you will be able to remotely transmit them to your treating doctor.

Basic functionalities:
• You add users - you collect your own or your loved ones' measurements in the application;
• You set measurement standards - you define the values ​​that you consider to be borderline, so that you can immediately see when the standards are exceeded for individual measurements;
• You automatically download the result from Glucomaxx® Connect - you perform measurements and the result from the device is already in your application;
• You add measurements - if your device does not have integration with the application, you can enter your measurement manually;
• You browse the history of test results - find your measurements in the results list or view result trends on the chart;
• You set reminders - you activate the mechanism to remind you about the need to take a measurement at specific hours;
• You share measurements - you mark the measurements, prepare a PDF document based on them and send it to the Medical Information application and then to your doctor.

The Moje Pomiary application is part of Asseco Mobile Patient Apps (AMPA), a package of mobile solutions that were created to support patients in the treatment process. AMPA includes both stand-alone applications and those that cooperate with Asseco solutions operating in medical care facilities throughout the country. Their common feature is security and limiting the amount of information stored outside the patient's phone.
