My Flex Account Mobile provides the following functionality:

• Contact administrator from mobile application via email or mobile phone
• Same username/password as Flex web portal (no need to register your mobile device; just download, login, and go!)
• Stronger authentication support (Picture/Passphrase, device identification and challenge questions)

• View Card PIN
• Register new users directly from mobile device

The app is good but has bugs. It keeps telling me I have messages but I don't. I can't get rid of the notification. It's very easy to use and this part is great. However if you need to submit extra documents it jams and won't let you upload them properly. UPDATE: this app doesn't work anymore after the last update. You can't submit a claim thru the app anymore. I reported it and was told I'll tell IT but I don't expect them to do anything about it. Submit theu the website or email.

Nothing ever seems to be good enough for this flex account. Every time I have a transaction other than a copay I have to call them on the phone to get it straight. The app would be convenient but there's always an issue with the company. I hope for your sake that your company can switch flex account managers. My Flex is horrible!

As others have noted, the company frequently dismisses reimbursement transactions as ineligible because the receipt was not up whatever requirements they have, even if it was a completely legitimate transaction. Eventually, after most of my transactions were rejected over the course of a year, I was forced to buy items at their store. I will not be using them again for FSA services.
