Brutally bad design. I've got a new work email address, but I'm using the same phone number. There is no way to update this email address, nor start a new account, as the phone number seems to be permantly locked to the old email address. Their support can't even do it. Poorly designed app and even worse service from their tech support.

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. So embarrassing when you're standing there with a buyer trying to get it open and sometimes we don't get in at all. it is not user error. It is so unfair that they tout Sentrilock as a more secure way when in reality it makes it impossible to see some homes. Another unnecessary expense for Realtors. And besides, you have to be an agent or inspector to get access to see the house in the first place. Useless and annoying.

Dear Listing agents. Please stop using Sentrilock. It is not reliable. Very embarrassing in front of our buyer clients. We could lose our clients especially when showing new clients for the first time. Everytime I Open my Senticonnect app, turn on my Bluetooth and press "enter" button. Then, it didn't work. It takes at lease 10min to contact Listing agent to release the code or to grant access in freezing cold weather. Should change the name to "Embarrassing lock" rather than " Sentrilock"
