How does the Mobi Além App work?
1. Open the application and register. It's fast and super important to keep the platform safe.
2. Select your destination and confirm your starting point.
3. Know the estimated value of the trip and if you agree, confirm.
4. Select the best payment method (Cash, Credit Card via App and Credit / Debit Card directly at the driver's machine).
4. After confirming the trip, we will inform the name of your driver, the model of the car, the color, the license plate and the distance he is from you!
5. Okay, now just enjoy your smooth and safe trip to your destination¹.
¹ Remember, before boarding always confirm the data presented, if there is any inconsistency cancel the trip and notify us immediately through your application: “Menu> History> Select the Race> Report Occurrence”.

Safety
Safety is our priority, which is why all Mobi Além drivers and partners go through a strict security process to use our platform. Before being activated on the platform, they participate in an explanatory lecture on the operation of the application, passenger relationship policy and safety rules.

Comfort
