As a person who has had an account with this bank for over a decade, I can safely say they don't have you in your best interests. Non bill fee, they rejected me for car loan, can't do any over seas transactions. And a lovely last kick to my head is that I was already in the negative. So I thought surely I shouldn't have any money being charged to my account. But lo I've been charged an extra 30 dollars for some fee for a 1 dollar charge.

Had Nascoga App and it worked great but once I updated it, it won't even open! I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and I can't even get the log in screen up. I called the bank asking for help and was basically told they had nothing to do with the app and it was my phone. Prior to the update yesterday the app worked fine. Very disappointed that nobody at the bank took the time to try and help me and I have been witb this bank almost 5 years!

App works GREAT BUT, ever since i updated it i cannot get it to put s shortcut to the homescreen. Any time i want to use it i have to open the play store, search it,, then open it. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it's the same.
