seems intentionally poorly designed. you have to have money in the account to send messages and the inmate has to have money in a different account to view them, but you have no way to put money in their account. it's been 3 days and my spouse and I haven't been able to use this to talk at all. verification is hit or miss and if your verification gets rejected you just dont get to use the app. also the app doesn't work properly if your phones font size is above medium.

This has to be one of the worst messaging platforms out there for inmates. The cost per message does not match what you actually get charged. I can view partial messages but scrolling through a long message or through message history is difficult. It won't allow me to swipe. Tied in with their website the timeout is super short so you risk losing what message you drafted. Infrequent updates and support.

Using this app is so frustrating. For the past year, the app constantly freezes, and currently, there is an error message that reads, "We are currently experiencing issues... " You would then have to delete the app and reinstall it because you are unable to text. Please fix this app. People are paying for a service, and this is service is subpar.
