Super fast and easy to connect with a medical professional. Both professional I connected with (over chat and video) was super kind, gentle and thorough in her questions. I didn't feel rushed at all during my appointment. She even ordered additional tests to make sure I'm not experiencing potential side effects from my medications. I will definitely be utilizing this service again in the future!

The application is held together with duct tape and glue. The backend is fine, but the actual application will freeze at any given moment. Any input by the user will have a chance to crash the application or completely freeze it until you restart it. Poor service and ongoing bugs make using this a struggle.

This app is pretty useful and works great. But there was one issue, I missed a video call and the notification didn't come through properly, so I lost my spot. Had to wait another 2 hours before I could connect with a doctor. It was my first time doing a video consultation for a medication refill, and I did it in my car. Everything went well though, they're really responsive. Overall, my first experience was good.
