What the point if it doesn't work when you need it. It's been a month and it still says server error. Text messages do not confirm whether they have been received or taken care of. I guess if it doesn't work, you can always say, "What crime? We have no complaints." Especially when it seems to be designed to not accept any, not help or watch anything. More like a placebo app.

Not truthworthy at all. All this advertisement about our safety and they don't do anything about the situations when you text them. Might as well invest into your own safety/self defense gear when taking the metro because these guys clearly don't care about your safety. And whoever is running this app, when the next victim attacked on Metro goes on the news just know that this is all on YOU.

I downloaded this app in hopes of being able to report incidents that I've witnessed. Unfortunately I don't think that the app is compatible with my phone due to the fact that it just loads up a blank screen. I hope this issue gets resolved, I would greatly appreciate it ❤
