The ticket experience is another level of hell. Even though I already had a ticketmaster account, it took nearly 20 minutes to download the app, authenticate, and then accept a transfer of tickets from a friend. The app uses a browser to authenticate, but it's not compatible with the Firefox Focus mobile browser. A nightmare to bounce back and forth between a non-default browser (Chrome) and the app. I almost gave up on the tickets, it was so unpleasant.

Sllloooowww! The app seems like it's laid out well and the content is good. However nothing and I mean absolutely nothing on this app loads quickly at all. Don't plan to display your tickets on the app because there's a 80% chance won't work. If you try to watch a video on this app it takes forever. All of the content is super super slow to load display view etc.

App used to be solid for tickets management and selling. Now they changed it all and it's just not good anymore. Crashes when trying to load your tickets for entry and when you used to sell tickets it would show you similar ticket prices. which made listing them a lot smoother, now you get nothing. Even have to add in the ticket details. Really went down hill.
