Update below: New to the app. I've been looking for an app just like this for so long. The free version is definitely A step above. Most weightlifting trackers I've tried in the paid version is even better. I hope to update my review after a few weeks but my initial take? This app is the real deal! 🏋🏼‍♀️ Over the last year, I've taken up distance running. I just completed my third half marathon. The strong lifts light program was a perfect fit for my limited recovery training schedule!

I used this app to become the strongest I've ever been, in my mid 30s. It's so easy to use the app and follow the protocols, even for complete beginners, even with only a few hours available a week, but it also leaves space for diving in deep. I highly recommend watching the video instructions, printing the cheat sheets for each workout from the site, and adding notes as you get better at the forms. The app also keeps getting better and better, but I wish there was a Wear OS app again.

Fantastic weights training app the best I have used. I like the system behind it and that is key. It makes life very straightforward automatically incrementing weights depending on what you did in the last session. Showing what plates to add on the bar for the weight. It has a option to drop some weight if you have missed some sessions. It is simple and straightforward to use and you just use a single screen tap after each completed set.
