The app installed correctly and that was the only thing that really worked. The device will not stay connected to it's own wifi signal. I have spent hours trying to get it to work. There is no customer service. I even messaged them on tiktok. No luck returning the item. Don't waste your time.

Worked well when I first got it. Up until a couple months ago, the app must've gotten an update that threw the camera view out of whack. I can no longer easily navigate within my ear canal. I think the camera modes are broken. There was one in particular that kept the position static and made it super easy to use. Edit: After reading another review I was reminded that it was dynamic mode that was removed. That was the most useful mode. Please add it back.

I've really enjoyed using this app to clean my ears (I have weird ears that don't drain properly) up until now. The latest update seems to have added "mirror mode" and removed "dynamic". Mirror mode is useless, I don't need to see my face when I am cleaning inside my ear. "Horizontal" mode is still as wobbly as ever. Dynamic mode kept the camera in the correct position. Please fix it and put it back the way it was.
