Great app, one of the best! Once you start using this app, it will challenge you to step up your game and quit having a way too much rest time in between your set. Keeps you on point. You will see results, especially if you complete two a days, one morning session at 6 a.m. and one at night at 9 p.m, Beast Mode, not for amateurs!

Customizable options are fantastic. However, the selection for exercises, specifically on back, are very lacking. Add more variety when it comes to creating your own workouts. The only options for back day are different variations of rows and shrugs so I have to use a separate app for that day. Otherwise it is good.

4 stars for potential! So here is the deal, I'm a certified personal trainer and have studied under a former pro bodybuilder for 2 years. This app is great basic blueprint to the basics. However the lack of leg exercises in this program is a little off ballance, so I implement my own leg routine in between set. Also It doesn't hit rotator cuff exercises which is key to having good shoulder health. But it's a good start to something that could be a really great cheep self help bodybuilding app.
