MyLeaf is a mobile application that allows patients to control and manage their disease data, connect with other people and becomes an ideal tool for physician and researchers to follow the evolution of patients in clinical trials.The app has three key points:- Diary tracking. Where patients can manage and control their day to day (intensity of symptoms, medication, compliance, adverse reactions, crisis, physical activity, etc.).- Social network. A place to connect with patients who have the same diagnosis, or at least the same symptoms. A place to create a community and find useful information. (Available April 2017)- Evolution and prediction. Visualization and analysis of data to know the evolution and predict important episodes.
