It involves exposure to the feared object or context without any danger, in order to help you overcome the fear of spiders gradually.How it works?The spider images will be loaded into the screen.
All you have to do is touching and erasing the images by your finger.
You will start with some friendly drawing spiders, theyre really not scary at all in the first levels and you will end with the true monsters at the higher levels.
I have realized that it is not easy to overcome the fear of spiders, but Im using this application daily and it gradually helps me to cure Arachnophobia.
