EZ2COUNT for Android – Latest Version & Features

The ez2cont has been designed for small business to manage their complete accounting needs with little knowledge of underlying accounting principles.
This application will help to manage Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Expenses, Payments, Receivables and Payables in a simple way.The ez2count is primarily an android based mobile app.
However, in the initial versions, new customer (user) induction will be done through a web-based application, by the application management personnel.
However, in near future, self-customer registration process might be introduced.
Once a customer is inducted into the system, he/she can log in to the system with the assigned user id and password, can configure the system and start working.This application will have interactive dashboard containing sales, purchase, receipt, payments, receivables, payables, etc.
along with easy navigation option and few graphical representations viz.
pie chart and bar chart.The reports will have option to export to pdf, share to the other standard apps like Email, WhatsApp and other media.
The reports can be printed.Application will support the following features:1.
Updating client’s organization’s detail information including preferences and settings2.
Customize system default Chart of Accounts with extensibility option3.
Define Product or Service along with pricing and opening stock, where applicable.4.
