This season’s updated Ski Explorer app is packed with even more resort info - straight from our teams on the ground - and some snazzy new features to help you make the most of the mountain.Get to grips with the slopes with our interactive routes, the latest snow reports, piste maps, a GPS tracker and our ever-popular friend finder. Our teams live and breathe your resort, so you’ll be getting all the inside info before you even arrive.
And you can now access all your Crystal booking details directly from the app - so no more scraps of paper at the bottom of your bag. But don’t worry if you haven’t booked directly with Crystal this year - you won’t be able to see your booking details but you can still access all the app’s other great features.
We’ve packed in everything you might need to know about your holiday, including:
Easy access to your booking information. Just add your booking details to the app and you’ll have your itinerary at your fingertips. You can see what you’ve booked, download your tickets and vouchers and even get directions back to your accommodation when you’ve had one too many schnapps!
Our fantastic friend finder, a great way to keep tabs on your mates whether they’re on the piste or in-resort. So you can pick your après perch, choose your lunch spot or plan your final run of the day together, stress-free. Best of all, it’s secure and simple to use - only the friends you invite can see where you are and share their location with you.
Even more recommended step-by-step routes for you to ski this winter. They’ve been put together by our resort teams, who live and breathe the mountain, and now include an interactive piste map view to help you get your bearings. And if you’re partial to a humblebrag, you can post your progress on Facebook too.
Handy stats on your day on the mountain, using GPS to track your distance and altitude. So you can chart your progress through the week, work on your PB and compare your figures with your friends.
And plenty more to boot:• The latest snow reports• A piste map showing your location• A full guide to your resort• A handy resort map with landmarks and accommodation marked out• Tips on where’s best to ski at what times• Lists of our favourite off-the-slope activities• A quick-glance guide of things to do in-resort• Your rep’s contact details
Just a little note:Continued use of GPS running in the background can run your smartphone’s battery life down.
