The AnxietyNoMore app – The complete and natural way to recover from anxiety and panic issues. This app was created after the huge success of my book ‘At last a life’ and runs alongside all my core values and beliefs that will lead you to an anxiety free life. This app will not only bring the hugely popular book to carry around with you, but also new and never published before material, a full audio and video section, my personal twitter and blog feeds at your fingertips and much more and all for less than the price of the book itself.
